A downloadable game for Windows

"Enhancing Learning through Gamification: Applying Goal-Setting Theory in IVR" is a prototype developed as part of my final major project for my MA in Game Design at Falmouth University. This research aims to answer the following question:

"Can integrating Goal-Setting Theory into an immersive virtual reality (IVR) environment enhance learner engagement and effectiveness in site safety training?"

In this project, I’ve designed a gamified IVR training module that incorporates clear, attainable goals to motivate learners intrinsically. The goal is to determine if this approach can significantly improve site safety training by making it more interactive and engaging.

If you experience the training module, I would greatly appreciate your feedback through the online survey provided. This survey is anonymous, and all data collected will be used solely to evaluate the effectiveness of the training and refine the project. Data will be deleted upon submission of my final project (2 September). The module is available for PC VR.

I've only had the opportunity to use the meta quest for this building of this application other devices may not work.

Thank you for taking the time to look at this project!

My reasoning behind this project comes from my dad, who works in the construction field, he's a lot like me and learns much better from hands on experience.
