Blackjack

I wanted to replicate a card game, I've been playing blackjack lately so that inspired me to make my own so i can play without losing money.

cards were created as scriptable objects and attached to a scriptable deck so different types of blackjack could be created such as 4 deck blackjack.

I was going to implement chips to add some more sense of risk into the game but that will be a later addition, as this was a stab into creating the rules of the game.
Chips have been added - next up is a leaderboard system
